Returns/Exchanges

At Indieshopper.com, quality merchandise and service are our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items to us for an exchange or merchandise refund. (Keep reading for the exceptions.) All sale items are final sale. For health reasons, all health & beauty products and earrings are final sale.

Indie Shopper will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a refund (minus shipping and handling fees) or an exchange on any item – EXCEPT FOR custom designs, one-of-a-kind items, sale items, bath & beauty products or earrings. Shipping refund not included.

Returns must be received within 14 days of your receipt of order; refunds will be made in the form of original payment. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice and/or packing slip. Items must have their original tags. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed or that no longer have their original tags intact.


Please include the following information with your return package:
1) Customer Name and Invoice Number
2) Reason for return
3) Whether you want a refund, credit or exchange for replacement merchandise
4) If exchange, list replacement merchandise.

The above information must be included or we may not be able to process your return. We recommend sending returns 1st Class or Priority Mail to save on your shipping costs. Indie Shopper is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit from buyer to Indie Shopper. Therefore, proper packing, insurance, and/or tracking are strongly suggested.
